There are many goals in training: to be faster, to place, to cross the finish line, to add some excitement to your exercise routine, to improve your self-esteem, to have accountability, or just to be part of a team.
It's up to you to determine what you need because everyone is different. For some, racing is about the competition. For others, it's about the challenge. For everyone, it's about crossing the finish line knowing you accomplished what you set out to do.
Coaching, to me, is about helping you get what you want, your "crown". You set the goal and you do all the work. I get to show you a way of accomplishing it.
Swim Training
Options and Pricing
Individual Training: $30 per session
A one hour session designed to meet your and only your needs. We will work on drills to help improve any inefficiency that you have.
Group Training:
2 People: $20 each per session
3 + People: $15 each per session
A one hour session that will meet the needs of the entire group. Everyone will do the same drills (based on the overall need of the group), but I provide individual feedback.
Swim Sessions are designed to improve your triathlon swim. Freestyle technique is emphasized, so we spend the hour learning drills to improve your efficiency and speed in the water.

Half-Marathon Training
5k, 10k, Half and Full Marathon Training: (of your choice, or predetermined)
Begins Oct 3rd, 2011
A 20-week group program to help prepare you for the Austin Half Marathon held on Feb 19th, 2012. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Plans available.

Training is designed to meet the race goals of the group as a whole. Training includes advice for basic nutrition, injury prevention, and tips for the race.

Begins Feb 5, 2012
A 16-18 week group training program designed to prepare you for either the Capitol of Texas Sprint/Olympic Triathlon OR the Danksin Sprint Triathlon.

Trinity Training Youth Triathlon Camp
A 5 day camp designed to introduce and improve the skills of triathlon to kids ages 7 to 14. Coaches and triathletes will introduce basic swimming, cycling and running techniques, water safety, bicycle safety and maintenance, transition, injury prevention and nutrition. Information will be covered in a fun and exciting atmosphere, with lots of games and guest speakers.
The camp will culminate with a mini-triathlon on Friday morning.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements

On the first day, each camper will receive a goodie bag that includes a water bottle, swim cap and a camp T-shirt. Parents MUST check their children in and out with our staff each day for their accountability.
